Hamden Hall Country Day School
Educating students in PreSchool through Grade 12
Hamden Hall Country Day School provides students in outlying towns with safe and timely transportation service to and from school. Hamden Hall bus drivers have the responsibility of transporting students to and from school in a safe manner. Bus Safety Guidelines will be enforced, and proper behavior from students will be expected. Hamden Hall bus drivers will do everything possible to see to it that small children are not left at bus stops unattended. However, it is the responsibility of the parent to ensure the safety of their child before and after the bus arrives at the bus stop. We suggest that parents make other arrangements in cases where they are unavoidably detained. Hamden Hall expects that parents, bus drivers and school personnel will work together to keep students safe both on and off the school bus. A late bus for Upper School students involved in afterschool athletic practices will be provided except on Thursdays. The School does not provide transportation after games lasting beyond the scheduled departure time. To sign up for school transportation, please complete the agreement form and return it, along with your check to the Business Office no later than August 1. John Fabrizio, Transportation Coordinator, will send pick-up schedules to all confirmed riders in late August. If you have any questions regarding Hamden Hall's transportation service, please call John Fabrizio at 203.752.2657, or contact the Business Office.
