Interested in becoming a Class Agent?
Class Agents are a committed and loyal group of alumni who represent their individual class years. Class Agents are ambassadors for Hamden Hall, helping to build strong connections between alumni, classmates, and their school. Class Agents are some of our most valuable volunteers. Thankfully, the requirements are simple: a minimal time commitment to help with their reunion and the interest to keep in touch with your classmates. Being a Class Agent is a great way to remain involved after graduation, and you can be as active as your schedule will allow.

Here's how it works...

Class Agent Role & Responsibilities:
  • Represent your class as the communication lead to announce Reunion details to your classmates.
  • Build consensus about a class gift, individual donations or special fundraiser for Hamden Hall.
  • Encourage and remind classmates to RSVP for the Reunion and support class giving.
  • Work with the Director of Alumni Relations to address any questions or special requests.
  • Virtually “sign” announcement and solicitation letters/emails from Hamden Hall about the Reunion. Work with the Director of Alumni Relations to personalize Hamden Hall’s communications.
  • Enjoy the Reunion with your classmates!
What Hamden Hall Provides to Support Class Agents:
  • The latest contact information in our system for your classmates
  • Drafts of announcement, reminder, and solicitation letters/emails
  • Educational materials on the purpose and importance of a selected Hamden Hall gift
  • Production support for any special fundraiser, such as customized merchandise for your class
  • Sending out a save-the-date announcement postcard, as well as ongoing reminders in emails and e-newsletters
  • Ongoing updates on RSVP headcounts from your classmates
  • Hands-on support with the Director of Alumni Relations for training, questions, and targeting/solicitation strategies
What Hamden Hall Provides for the Reunion:
  • Reunion 2025 will be a shared event for all “Milestone Classes” with graduating years ending in 0 and 5. The reception will be held under a tent in the courtyard on main campus from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
  • Complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres
  • Signature cocktails, which Class Agents can be part of the selection
  • Music and dancing
  • Roaming photographer and photo booth
  • Photo memories from the Milestone Classes on display
  • Reserved tables for attending Milestone Classes
  • Invited staff and faculty, past and present, depending on their availability
  • Hamden Hall will also be hosting a special dinner in the dining hall, after the cocktail party, for members of the Milestone Classes from 1975 and beyond.
And, everything for this wonderful celebration will be complimentary for all Reunion attendees, which is why RSVPs are so critical. In addition to the plans above, our Advancement & Communications Department is open to suggestions of what else your Milestone Class would like to see at your Reunion. Within reason, of course. 😉
