• Girls Volleyball Travel Teams Tryouts

  The first practice for travel teams (14u, 15u, 16u) is Monday, December 2nd from 6:30PM-8:15PM. Players have the opportunity for extra skill work from 8:15PM-8:30PM.

  Our Volleyball Travel Teams (14 & Under, 15 & Under, 16 & Under) are open to players from all schools and communities. 
  

  • Register for one tryout date, however, players are welcome to attend multiple tryout dates. ($45 is the total tryout cost).

   

  • The Beckerman Athletic Center has three courts (one court per age group).

  
  

  • Important: High School players must finish their high school season before trying out.

  Season Cost:

  Cost 14u: $2,150

  Cost 15u: $2,150

  Cost 16u: $1,850 (The shortened season is designed for those players who play spring sports)
  
  *The $60 USA Volleyball membership is not included in the season cost.*

  14u: Aileen Sokol (3-time All Big East player at Division-1 Providence College)

  14u: Dave Alejandro (Varsity High School Volleyball Head Coach)

  15u: Gary Aurora (Hamden Hall Varsity Head Coach)

  16U: Taylor Depalma (Varsity High School Volleyball Head Coach)

   

  Practice Days and Times:

  Practices will start in December and run throughout the season on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30PM-8:30PM. There will be four Sunday practices scheduled. 

   

  Facilities available to parents:

  The Beckerman Athletic Center has a track above the volleyball court that parents are welcome to use during practices.

   

  Strength and Conditioning for Volleyball Players:

  The Beckerman Athletic Center has a spacious state of the art weight room that will be used for additional programming on Tuesdays and Thursdays for players who want to add a strength component to their club volleyball experience.
  
  

  The tournament schedules are concentrated in the winter season to allow flexibility for athletes participating in spring sports.
