Mark Porto 1994 Named General Counsel for EMCOR

Mark Porto, Hamden Hall Class of 1994, has been appointed general Counsel for EMCOR Building Services. Mark will continue to be based in Norwalk, Conn. He will have a dual reporting relationship to Maxine Mauricio as he addresses the legal requirements of the Building Services portfolio and to Mike Bordes in his engagement with multiple initiatives of the various Building Services companies. Mark will also continue to address contract administration, dispute resolution, and general litigation, in concert with the general counsel of EMCOR Group, so as to effectively manage the risk and liability confronting the EMCOR Building Services companies. He will be actively involved with the Building Services legal and contract administration teams to promote and ensure each company’s regulatory, contractual, ethical and business conduct compliance. Mark received his bachelor’s degree from Yale University and his juris doctorate from the University of Connecticut Law School.  He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. Congratulates to Mark, who serves on the Hamden Hall Alumni Association Council, as he assumes his new leadership role at EMCOR.
