In his 20 years with the U.S. Navy, Chief Petty Officer Joshua Balter visited 33 countries around the world. As the Independent Duty Corpsman, he was the only medical person on the submarine USS San Juan during the Gulf War. Josh served in two combat operations in Iraq, one on the sub and one with the 1/25 Marines. He takes the most pleasure in having participated in a JPAC mission recovering MIA remains in Viet Nam. After retirement,Josh pursued a law degree, and is now with in a firm where he has begun a new venture in family law. Josh is the father of Daniel Balter 2015 and Dylan Balter 2018.
