The Boys’ Varsity Ice Hockey Team continues its success on the ice as it faced off against Choate (JV) on Saturday, January 18, winning 9-2.
Taking the ice, sophomore Andrew Feldman led the Hornets with four goals and two assists as fellow sophomore Chris Tombaugh had three goals and two assists. Juniors Noah Bush and Vincenzo Federico both scored one goal and two assists respectively. Senior Bryan Hong had 23 saves to secure the victory.
“The team’s victory is a powerful statement of resilience and determination,” said Coach Dante Tomassini. “The players’ commitment to each other and their focus on executing their game plan paid off in a dominant win.”
The overall record for the season is now 6-2. The team returns to the ice for a home game against Fairchester Athletic Association League rival St. Luke’s School at Blake Rink on Wednesday, January 29, at 4:30 p.m.
