Victorious Season Opener for Boys’ Varsity Lacrosse
The Boys’ Varsity Lacrosse Team welcomed Worcester School for its first game of the season on Monday, March 31, winning 20-7.
Taking the field at the Skiff Street Athletic Complex, it was a back-and-forth effort between the Hornets and the Hilltoppers. The team broke open the game in the second quarter and never looked back. Seven players found the back of the net to secure the final win.
Coach Kiernan Griffin 2000 noted that it was a great way to start the season.
The team returns to the field for an away game against Mount Saint Charles on Friday, April 4, at 6 p.m.
