Non-League Victory for Girls’ Varsity Basketball
The Girls’ Varsity Basketball Team traveled for an afternoon game against Harvey School on Wednesday, February 12, winning 70-25.
Taking the court, the Lady Hornets were off to a quick start and kept the momentum throughout the whole game. Coach Brian Johnson noted that top players included senior Mackenzie Mori, who led with the most points; sophomore Alexa Huckaby, who earned Most Valuable Player, along with senior Emma Olausson and eighth-grader Samantha Boyd.
The team returns to the court for an away game against Wilbraham & Monson Academy on Friday, February 14, at 6 p.m.
