Playing Basketball in Spain
Darren Payen, Hamden Hall Class of 2012, signed a contract to play professional basketball in Spain for Club Baloncesto Benidorm. The team is based in Benidorm on the Mediterranean. Darren graduated from the University of Vermont in May 2017and was the America East Conference's “Sixth Man of the Year” award-winner. He had the opportunity to play in the NCAA Tournament.
