Dr. Howard Lackman, Class of 1944, Served his country during WWII

Dr. Howard Lackman, Class of 1944, served his country during WWII. He was a graduate of Yale University and earned a Ph.D. from the University of Texas in 1954. He lived most of his life in Arlington, where he taught history at UTA over 40 years.

Howard died on Nov. 26, 2017. He was born in New Haven in 1927 and was married to his wife, Annette Robinson, for 55 years.
