  • Registration

Please register for the programs you wish by filling out the online registration form and your credit card payment.  Please use one form per child.  All registrations and payments will be processed online.
  • Medical Information

In order to meet state standards and insurance requirements, each camper must have completed medical and emergency forms on file with the Summer Programs office two weeks prior to the first day of attendance.

If your child is attending one of our Sports Camps, the Youth Camp Health Exam/Record is available in the download section of our website.  All of these forms must be completed, signed, and emailed to the attention of           Please do not mail forms as we do not have direct mail delivery to our camp location.

If your child needs medication administered or has allergies and needs medication stored in case of a reaction, please bring the medication to camp on the first day of attendance and give the medication to our nurse.  If your child is to receive medication at camp, your treating physician must complete the State Medication Release Form.  This form can be obtained from your school health office and can also be downloaded from our website.  Please do not send medication each day for your child to hold.  All medication must be directed to the camp nurse.

As a state-licensed youth camp, we are required to have on file a child's health record to include information regarding disabilities or special health care needs such as allergies, special dietary needs, dental problems, hearing or visual impairments, chronic illness, developmental variations, or history of contagious disease, and an individual plan of care for a child with special health care needs or disabilities.  The plan of care is developed by the child’s healthcare provider and the child’s parents.  The Individual Plan of Care Form can be downloaded from our website.  The front page of the form is to be completed by the parents and submitted to the nurse by the first day of attendance at camp.

We will make every effort to contact the parent/emergency contact in the event that your child is too ill to remain at camp or sustains an injury that requires more in-depth medical treatment.  The Nurse’s Office is located in the Training Room of the Beckerman Athletic Center (Skiff Street Campus).

  • Lunch/Snacks

For all of our campers, lunch and snack items must be brought from home.  A juice box, a piece of fruit, some cookies all make appropriate snacks that may be consumed in a short amount of time!  Only non-perishable foods should be used in your child's lunch; a frozen pack may be included.  A frozen juice box works well and then can be consumed as it thaws.  Hamden Hall is a peanut-free campus.
  • Change/Cancellation Policy

Any program may be canceled because of insufficient enrollment, in which case, the registration fee would be refunded in full.  Once a registration is processed, any subsequent change in registration made by you will result in a $25.00 administrative fee.  For cancellations made on or before May 24th, you will receive a full refund minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit.  Cancellations after May 24th will not receive a refund.  If you have any questions about your registration, please contact Summer Programs Director Bruce Rich (brich@hamdenhall.org).
