Class of 2015 alumnus and Lifer Mansell Carloni works to provide comprehensive advice to clients as a real estate lawyer at White & Allen in North Carolina.
White & Allen is a full-service law firm that focuses on civil, transactional, and criminal legal matters. As an attorney with the firm, Mansell’s main practice area is real estate law on the transactional side, but he also assists with estate planning and other corporate matters for clients.
“Aside from the fact that my father is a lawyer, I have always found it gratifying to assist people with complex issues,” said Mansell.
Mansell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2019 where he double majored in political science and policy studies. He continued his education and obtained his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2022.
Mansell is a member of professional organizations and affiliations including Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina (RELANC); the Real Property Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.
Mansell and his wife currently live in Morehead City, N.C., with their two sons. Outside of work, Mansell said he enjoys playing golf and going to the beach.
