Lt. Commander Zachary King, U.S. Navy

Lt. Commander Zachary King, Class of 1996, is currently stationed in Pearl Harbor. While attending Union College, he joined the ROTC program at RPI.

Following his grandfather's footsteps, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Bataan in Iraq and the USS Kitty Hawk in Afghanistan. Zac also provided security at the White House and the Pentagon.

Zac's father, former Hamden Hall Assistant Basketball Coach, John King, said of his son, "The leadership skills Zac learned on Hamden Hall's basketball and baseball teams have served him well in his military career."
