Girls’ Varsity Soccer Victorious on Homecoming Weekend
The Girls’ Varsity Soccer Team hosted Rocky Hill Country Day School for its Homecoming game on Saturday, October 19, winning 8-3.
Taking the field at the Skiff Street Athletic Complex, junior Kyla Welby scored three goals for the Hornets while freshmen Nala Annes and Kaja Millhouse each scored two. Junior Emily Savik added an eighth to round out a resounding win. Junior Molly Romero had another strong game in the net to help earn the win.
The team returns to the field for an away game against the Gunnery on Thursday, October 24, at 4 p.m.
