The Girls’ Varsity Soccer Team traveled to Holy Child for an away game on Saturday, September 30, winning 6-2.
Taking the field, it was a back-and-forth battle between the Hornets and Gryphons before the team slid into victory. Senior Lily Joseph scored five goals while fellow senior Lily Schoonmaker scored one.
“The team played well overall and everyone kept the ball moving,” said Coach Roland Joseph.
The team takes on Greenwich Country Day School on Tuesday, October 3, at 4:30 p.m., at the Skiff Street Athletic Complex.
