Phyllis Kronick Medvedow of Hamden, died on March 9 at the age of 93. Phyllis is survived by her two daughters, Jill Medvedow, a Hamden Hall alumna, Class of 1972, Lissy Medvedow, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Leon, in 2012.
Phyllis graduated from UConn in 1951. She served as director of community and government affairs at Yale New Haven Hospital, and was associated with many other community foundations.
