Girls’ Varsity Volleyball Digs Deep for Game Victory
The Girls’ Varsity Volleyball Team traveled for an afternoon game against The Millbrook School on Wednesday, September 18, winning 3-0.
Seniors Tami Afolalu, Theodora Aslan, Summer Krajcir, and freshman Shawna Aurora dominated on the court offensively while juniors Ilke Altindas and Brianna Sposa, sophomore Zhanna Milani, and freshman Anna Aslan offered quality passing on the defensive side along with the exceptional setting by junior Grace Yang.
Coach Gary Aurora noted that the record is now 6-0 for the season.
The team stays on the road for a match up against Pomfret School on Saturday, September 21, at 1 p.m.
