The Co-ed Varsity Swimming Team traveled to Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., for a weekend tri-meet against Masters School and Greenwich Country Day School on Saturday, January 6.
The Boys’ Team won both meets with a score of 106-58 against Masters School and 99-66 against Greenwich. The Boys’ record is now 2-1. The Girls’ Team lost both meets and their overall record is now 0-3.
Coach Jen Lyman noted that the Boys’ 400 Freestyle Relay represented by senior Connor Jermain, juniors Anthony Ferneini and Eric Huang, and sophomore Tyler Tagliarini broke the pool record at the meet with a time of 3:21:26. The swimmers will have their name displayed with Hamden Hall’s name on the Master’s School pool record board.
The team returns to the pool for a home meet at the Beckerman Athletic Center Natatorium on Saturday, January 13, at 2:30 p.m.
