FAA Tournament Welcomes Co-ed Varsity Golf
The Co-ed Varsity Golf Team traveled to the Tamarack Country Club for the Fairchester Athletic Association League Championship Tournament on Monday, May 13.
The team teed off against Brunswick School, Rye Country Day School, King School, St. Luke's School, Greens Farms Academy, Hopkins School, Greenwich Country Day School, and Masters School.
Junior North Chery was the co-champion of the tournament, shooting a -2 round of 68 while fellow junior Phillip Kim was also part of the All-FAA team with a round of 73.
Coach Keith Kaliszewski 1998 noted that North has earned his second individual championship win in the FAA Tournament as he previously won in the 2023 season.
The team returns to the green for a match against Hopkins School at the New Haven Country Club on Monday, May 20, at 3:30 p.m.
