Martha C. Dobrowolski, Past Parent

Hamden Hall Past Parent Martha Elizabeth (Crocker) Dobrowolski of Ridgefield, Conn, a longtime resident of New Haven, Conn, died peacefully on January 10, 2024 at Danbury Hospital, following a brief illness. She was 94. Martha was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Joseph. She is survived by her daughter Laurus Dobrowolski Khan, Hamden Hall Class of 1974, her son Anthony, her brother Jackson Crocker, three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Martha was born in Brewster, Mass. She graduated from Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine and went on to graduate with a business degree from Simmons College in Boston. She then moved to New Haven and reconnected with Joseph whom she met while at Simmons College. They married in 1953.
