Class of 2020 alumna Kelly Thomas graduated from Trinity College with a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Law, and a minor in Formal Organizations.
During her time in undergrad, Kelly was highly active on campus as she was a student-athlete on the Women’s Crew Team, a member of the Pre-Law Society, served as a Student Government Senator, a Daycare Assistant at the Trinity College Community Child Center, and a Teaching Assistant for “Capital Punishment in America.”
Additionally, Kelly worked on a Disability Employment research study and a Childcare Crisis data research study. During her last semester, she enthusiastically accepted an opportunity to work as Majority Leader Jason Rojas’s intern at the Connecticut State Capital with the Connecticut General Assembly.
Kelly currently works as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in Fairfield, Conn.
"These achievements in my career allowed me to broaden my knowledge on a wide range of issues and topics that affect people and their daily lives, allowing me to build lasting personal relationships with the people I connect with," said Kelly.
